How it works
This is a tailor-made assistant, not a copy-paste chatbot.
We begin by gathering the documents your bot should know – such as FAQs, internal wikis, manuals, or product sheets. These are processed securely, indexed locally, and connected to a controlled GPT model endpoint (e.g. via Azure OpenAI or similar ISO-certified provider).
The bot can be styled with your brand and deployed as a web widget or standalone page. It understands your material and answers accordingly – no hallucinations, no vendor lock-in.
Timeline
The full setup is typically completed in 10–14 business days.
Day 1: You submit the form and upload your content
Days 2–5: We meet to clarify the use case, choose infrastructure, and plan the assistant
Days 6–12: I build and test the GPT chatbot on your materials
Day 13–14: You receive access, test it, and optionally request small adjustments
The timeline accounts for review cycles, hosting setup, and testing – so nothing gets rushed.
Pricing
€2,500
One-time setup (excl. VAT). This covers development, infrastructure setup, and delivery.
Ongoing usage costs: The GPT model is accessed through your own API key or usage plan (e.g. Azure OpenAI or OpenAI Pro). This gives you full transparency and cost control. Expect minor monthly fees depending on how much the assistant is used (e.g. €10–€100 typical range).
Document Processing & Embedding
We collect your internal content and transform it into a structured, searchable knowledge base.
Documents are embedded and stored on secure servers within the EU. No third-party storage involved.
PDFs, DOCX, web content, text exports – almost any structured source can be included.
GPT Assistant Setup
A custom web interface is created, using GPT securely connected via your chosen model provider.
The assistant runs on a GDPR- and ISO-compliant environment. You control the access and usage limits.
The bot won’t invent answers – it sticks to your data and admits when it doesn’t know something.
Testing, Handover & Support
Once ready, you’ll get access to a live prototype for internal testing and feedback.
You can test real conversations, add or update documents, and refine the experience as needed.
